Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for reservations:

 a) Deposits:

For Cottages - once you have confirmed your booking, you will be required to pay a deposit within 24 hours to secure your booking - Should we not receive your proof of payment, the booking will be cancelled.

b) No refunds or transfers will be considered for late arrivals or early departures.

 c) Arrivals after 17h00 should make arrangements prior to arriving at Mackers and will be on a self check in basis

 d) Check in time is from 14h00 Check out is10h00 on the day of departure.  Should you wish to arrive earlier or            leave later - kindly advise us so that we may endeavor to accommodate you in this regard.

e) Credit cards, debit cards and cash, are all accepted on site.  Cheques are not accepted.

f) Should there be inclement weather conditions, no refunds will be considered.

 RULES AND REGULATIONS:

2.) No excessive noise, drunkenness or fireworks will be tolerated.

3.) No music is permitted – you are entering a place of peace and tranquility.

4.)  No noise after 8 pm

5.) No speeding (15km/h).

6.) No glass or alcohol allowed in the river or pool at the camp.

7.) No pets allowed.

8.) Minors making use of any of the facilities must be under adult supervision.

9.) All residents and their visitors are taken to have read and accepted all the conditions  above and will have        to sign an indemnity form on arrival.

INDEMNITY:

THE COMPANY AS WELL AS COMPANY DIRECTORS AND ITS MANAGEMENT ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DEATHS, INJURY, OR ILLNESS SUSTAINED OR SUFFERED BY ANY PERSON, OR THEFT, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, OCCURRING WITHIN OR ARISING FROM A VISIT TO THE RESORT HOWSOEVER CAUSED AND WHETHER DUE TO THE NEGLEGANCE OF THE COMPANY, SERVANTS, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, OR ARISING FROM THE USE OF ANY FACILITY.
